Bear & Beau creates luxury home decor for little humans, featuring an exclusive range of hand-inked illustrations, premium wallpapers and lifestyle objects lovingly designed in London. 

 

Founded by award-winning creative director Corinne Caddy-Townshend, each illustration is uniquely created with bespoke bamboo pens in her home studio in South London. Corinne’s artistry has been influential throughout her life— even from a young age, her entrepreneurial flair blossomed when she created and sold her own watercolour artwork in school to friends as a hobby. Her talent, as well as the experience of connecting with people through her designs, encouraged her to pursue this as a career. 

 

She went on to study graphic design at university, landing prominent roles as Design Director and

Head of Art Direction with several award-winning design and advertising agencies. Along the way she

built an impressive portfolio, collaborating with high-profile premium and luxury brands across the globe,

from Jo Malone to Silver Cross, from Smythson to Burberry. 

 

As a new mother and creative professional, she knew the time was right to use her entrepreneurial

 talent to begin telling her own story by curating unique, timeless and contemporary artwork 

for the family home. 

 

Each piece has been influenced by her family with a positive message inspired by the magic of the natural world. She has developed her character and own way of living by welcoming a balanced and joy-full life — these aspects can be seen throughout her work and the pieces will complete the 

stylish home for both kids and adults to adore.
