RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We have every confidence in our products, however, if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it at your own cost within 7 days of receiving. We ask that you take care in opening and storing your items, returns will only be accepted if they are in their original packaging and in an unused resalable condition. Please ensure that returned goods are sufficiently packaged, protected and are sent via recorded delivery as we are unable to refund items that are damaged or lost in transit. Once we have inspected the item we will refund the price of the goods. In the unlikely event of a fault with your item, please contact hello@bearandbeau.com with RETURN in the subject line.
Please note, you should check each product before installation.
If the product is defective, a replacement or refund will be made to you.
Unused Rolls
Please note, it is advisable to keep a spare roll if possible, in case of any
possible future damage to your wallpaper.

Please read instructions carefully
We recommend you hire a professional decorator to hang your wallpaper for best results. We can not be held responsible for any mistakes or accidents from the improper application or use of our product. Please note all our papers are 'paste the wall application' and require good quality, PH neutral, solvent-free, fungicide protected, light grade adhesive. Do not use self-mix adhesives.
All purpose and heavy duty paste are not suitable.
