Samples will be dispatched within 2 -3 working days.
For sample deliveries outside the UK Mainland, sample deliveries can take up to 2 weeks.
Our samples are A4 as standard, but if your require a larger sample please email us with SAMPLE in the subject line to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate.
We hold a limited amount of stock depending on current demand. If we have stock available we will dispatch within 3 working days. If no stock is available, upon receipt of your order, we will arrange for your wallpaper to be printed. The wallpaper can take up to 6 weeks to be printed and delivered to our studio.
We then inspect and package the wallpaper and dispatch it to you.
We want you to give you great service so we will always deliver your order as quickly as we possibly can.
We will also keep you updated throughout the production process and let you know
the progress of your order.
A tracked delivery service will always be used to ensure that your items arrive to you promptly and safely. Either via Royal Mail, Parcel Force, DPD or UPS.
Prints without any personalisation will be sent out to you within 5 working days please allow 2 weeks for personalised prints these are sent to a specialist printer and can take 5 days to return to our studio. All prints are sent via Royal Mail and require a signature.
We are pleased to offer free delivery on all UK orders. For orders outside of the UK (orders over £150 may be eligible for free delivery to certain regions), please contact us directly at email@example.com with INTERNATIONAL in the subject line with your order requirements and we will get back to you as soon as possible within 48 hours.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We have every confidence in our products, however, if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it at your own cost within 7 days of receiving. We ask that you take care in opening and storing your items, returns will only be accepted if they are in their original packaging and in an unused resalable condition. Please ensure that returned goods are sufficiently packaged, protected and are sent via recorded delivery as we are unable to refund items that are damaged or lost in transit. Once we have inspected the item we will refund the price of the goods. In the unlikely event of a fault with your item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with RETURN in the subject line.
Please note, you should check each product before installation.
If the product is defective, a replacement or refund will be made to you.
Please note, it is advisable to keep a spare roll if possible, in case of any
possible future damage to your wallpaper.

Please read instructions carefully
We recommend you hire a professional decorator to hang your wallpaper for best results. We can not be held responsible for any mistakes or accidents from the improper application or use of our product. Please note all our papers are 'paste the wall application' and require good quality, PH neutral, solvent-free, fungicide protected, light grade adhesive. Do not use self-mix adhesives.
All purpose and heavy duty paste are not suitable.
